Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of landbriefing.com (the “Site”), operated by Kaufman Real Estate & Consulting LLC (“Kaufman Real Estate & Consulting LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, including the LandBriefing dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site, the dashboard, or any account other than your own.

Account Access

Dashboard access requires an individual account and administrator approval. Requesting an account does not guarantee approval, and we may approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the LandBriefing methodology, market scores, city and spotlight pages, and design, is the exclusive property of Kaufman Real Estate & Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site may be reproduced or redistributed without our prior written consent.

No Offer or Investment, Legal, or Real Estate Advice

Content on the Site, including opportunity scores, market tiers, and sample parcels, is general informational content only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any real property or security, and it does not constitute investment, legal, financial, or real estate advice. Market Data and Research Content

The watchlist scores, market notes, sample parcels, and city and spotlight pages reflect a public-data research snapshot as of the date noted on each page, not a live feed. Pricing, availability, and zoning shown for sample parcels are illustrative and must be verified directly with a broker or the original listing source (such as Crexi, LandWatch, LoopNet, or Zillow) before you rely on them.

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including Calendly and the property-search sites referenced above. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.
